How are your products shipped to ensure freshness?
We ship our perishable items in insulated packaging with frozen gel packs. We offer expedited shipping options to ensure that your products arrive at your doorstep in peak condition.
Do I need to refrigerate my salami upon arrival?
While our dry-cured salamis are shelf-stable, we recommend refrigerating them after opening to maintain their moisture levels and flavor profile for the longest possible time.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your meats gluten-free and nitrate-free?
Most of our products are naturally gluten-free. We use traditional curing methods which may include small amounts of nitrates as required for safety in dry-curing, but we always list full ingredients on each product page.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes! During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a personalized gift message which we will print on a packing slip (without pricing) to be included in the box.
How long will my charcuterie last in the fridge?
Unopened vacuum-sealed packs typically last 3-6 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming sliced deli meats within 5 days and whole salamis within 3-4 weeks for the best quality.
