Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your shipment to ensure all meats, cheeses, and accompaniments are in perfect condition and meet our quality standards.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take clear photographs of the product and the shipping packaging to help us resolve the issue with our carriers.

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected items to initiate a claim.

Our team will review your request and process a replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
